Terms and Conditions — Kukulcán Divers

1. General Information

Kukulcán Divers is a company located at Zona Hotelera km 16.2, Cancún, Quintana Roo, offering recreational diving services, PADI courses, ocean and cenote diving, as well as Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experiences in Cancún, Cozumel, and Playa del Carmen.

2. Participation Requirements

  • Minimum age: 10 years old.
  • All participants must complete a medical statement before diving.
  • A liability waiver must be signed before any activity.
  • Some services may have additional requirements depending on the type of dive or participant’s level.

3. Activity Insurance

We include limited insurance only for those who are diving with us for the first time. Experienced participants are encouraged to have their own insurance if desired.

4. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations are made via WhatsApp.
  • A partial deposit is required to guarantee the booking.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • In case of bad weather or verifiable medical issues, the activity may be rescheduled or refunded.
  • No refunds for no-shows.
  • Date changes are subject to availability.

6. Use of Images

Photos and videos may be taken during the activities. By participating, the client authorizes their use for promotional purposes on social media, our website, and other media unless they state otherwise before the activity.

7. Liability

Kukulcán Divers is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring outside official activities. Diving involves risks that participants voluntarily assume.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will be available on our website.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
